What the form collects
The intake form collects your contact details, requested service, any case and service information you provide, and the documents you choose to attach. Share only information you are authorized to provide and that is relevant to your request.
How submissions are used
Submitted information is made available to authorized Texas PI staff and authorized site administrators to review your request, communicate with you, and coordinate any service you agree to. A submission does not mean your job has been accepted. Fees, scope, location, and timing must be confirmed separately.
Document access and storage
Files are stored in private website storage. The website requires staff sign-in and an authorized account to retrieve attachments. Files are not placed at public download addresses. Submissions remain in the intake system until removed by an administrator; this website does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule.
Receipts and communication
After a successful submission, the website displays a reference number. Save that number for follow-up. An automatic email receipt or notification is not sent. For questions about your request, contact kwasi@texaspi.com.
Technical information
The website uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. The hosting platform may also process technical information to operate and protect the website. Staff sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. The site records aggregate page views, request-button clicks, and email-link clicks. These counts contain no contact details, document contents, full referring URLs, visitor IDs, or advertising cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored for these counts. Staff pages are not tracked. No third-party advertising or analytics provider is connected.
Your information
To request a correction or removal of information you submitted, email kwasi@texaspi.com with your reference number. Texas PI may need to verify your identity and consider any applicable retention requirements before responding.
