Process serving & investigations

Kwasi English is a dependable and proficient process server. Whenever I need something delivered or served at a moments notice, he is the man I call. Mr. English thinks on his feet. He is not deterred by the obstinate receptionist or flighty individual, but rather, asks questions, gathers intelligence, and executes his service with speed and efficiency.

In addition to his work as a process server, I have utilized Mr. English as a private investigator. Whether it’s tailing a target across state lines, staking out a residence, or reconnaissance work, I can depend on Mr. English to gather the information and evidence that I need to be successful in court.

Finally, Kwasi has proved invaluable as a witness at trial. On the stand, he is articulate, a quick thinker, and keeps detailed notes. With his cool head and calm demeanor, he has persuaded both judge and jury that his testimony is accurate and well-founded. I highly recommend Mr. English to anyone in need of a process server or private investigator and will continue to utilize him for years to come.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

A few helpful
details.

The right information makes a request easier to review.

What should I include with a process serving request?+

Include your contact details, the recipient’s name and service address, relevant case or court information, and any requested deadline. Attach the documents you need served and share useful access instructions.

Can I request time-sensitive service?+

Yes. Mark your request as time-sensitive and provide your deadline. Timing and availability must be confirmed by Texas PI; submitting a request does not reserve service or guarantee a deadline.

What if I don’t have a current address?+

Choose the skip trace / background investigation option and explain what information you have. Texas PI can review whether the request is within the scope of its services.

What files can I upload?+

You can attach up to five PDF, JPG, or PNG files, with a maximum of 5 MB each and 20 MB combined. Include only materials necessary for the request. Documents are available through the restricted staff inbox, not public download links.

Does submitting a request mean the job is accepted?+

No. Submission creates an intake request. Texas PI must confirm the scope, fees, and availability before accepting a job. You’ll see a reference number when your request has been saved.
